خدمة التوصيل داخل دولة الإمارات خلال 1–2 يوم عمل للمنتجات المتوفرة في المخزون.

أما الشحن إلى دول الخليج فيستغرق عادةً 3–5 أيام عمل، مع العلم أن أي رسوم جمركية أو ضرائب إضافية تكون حسب قوانين الدولة المستقبلة وتُدفع من قبل العميل عند الحاجة.

في حال كان المنتج طلبًا مسبقًا (Pre-order) أو من القطع الجديدة التي يتم تجهيزها أو تصنيعها خصيصًا، فقد تستغرق مدة التوصيل من 7 إلى 15 يوم عمل.

We offer delivery within the UAE within 1–2 business days for items that are available in stock.

For GCC orders, shipping usually takes 3–5 business days. Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges are subject to the destination country’s regulations and are the customer’s responsibility if applicable.

For pre-order items or newly made bags that require preparation or production, delivery may take 7–15 business days.
